Entering a new phase or making changes in your life can be exciting and overwhelming.

Coaching provides the structure, tools and time to create the changes you want, and the incremental steps to move you forward to your next chapter.

Coaching is a chance to reevaluate, recalibrate and move forward. Let’s learn about you, where you want to be, and get you moving there with inspiration and energy!

How it works

Together, we design a plan which starts with you. Imagine our coaching sessions as a path between where you are now and where you want to be.

Deep listening and warmth, plus tailored inquiries and challenges that act as catalysts for your deep reflection and meaningful learnings, equip you to design the life you want. This is an honoring of you, and this safe and courageous space stretches your self-awareness, exploration of possibilities, and incremental moves forward.

I offer a variety of tools which we will use during our sessions and which I can share with you for your toolbelt. As life brings new challenges or inspiration may wane at times, you will have new tools and practices to draw upon that will serve you when you need them.

I am based in Northern California and offer coaching via zoom or phone calls. Learn more about Abbie and her approach to coaching.

The coaching process

Introductory call

Let’s connect for a complimentary session. It will be an introductory call, and way for you to share why you are interested in coaching and questions you might have. Let’s see if we are a fit - I am happy to chat before we explore what is possible for you. Send me a message to schedule your call.

Discovery session

All offerings start with a Discovery Session which is 90+ minutes. Through a questionnaire, tools and visualizations we can build a clearer picture of you at this moment and begin to explore what you want and where you want to go.

We will talk about how I can support you in a way that nourishes and encourages you, and how we work together to continually ensure you have the space and support to make the moves/changes you want.

Coaching sessions – meeting twice a month

Future sessions will be 45-60 minutes two times a month. We can email between sessions as needed. During our coaching relationship, we can take a step back every few months and check in — what’s working, where you are, have goals and possibilities changed, or how do we continue our sessions together to support your journey.

Transformation and next steps

Once you begin to meet your goals, and feel the transformation, we can decide how I can support you with this new energy, direction and what’s next.

Who I work with

Many of my clients are in the midlife years and want a change.

Some clients want to create a new chapter in their emptier nest or in post-retirement, and some want to explore or jump deeper into their creative side. Many clients seek more purpose and fulfillment.
